"They want you to jump it. If you don't, your doing it wrong"

This is a quote from the special teams of ford engineers whom built and designed the raptor. What they mean of "jump", is catching air offroad over whoops & table tops over 70mph. It was actually a project since 2004, and has been rumored in the car world for so many years. Finally during this years SEMA Show, the much hyped car was introduced to the world.

The Raptor was built for off-roading with a strong chasis and custom made fox racing suspension & absorbers. This is to cope with the heavy impact of the car with every jump at high speeds, according to the engineers, it is the first car that has undergone pressure testing, as I would call it.

The reason being is that they have a 62 miles test track somewhere in the USA desert, for the test run of the raptor, whereby they have a virtual record of the track, so they can have a detailed result of the testing. Whereby for any breaks, they would change and upgrade the items, to make sure of its toughness.

Here are some more photos of the car, enjoy....

If anyone who knows from Ford (Brunei) whether they are bringing this car in, please please contact me. As I would love to test drive this car..Cheers~
