BIBD Invitational 2nd Match

Today the 13th of June 2009,

The 2nd match of the BIBD Invitational was played whereby for Takaful BIBD after the 1st match lost to BIBD A, we were really fired up & raring to go & take a win from this match..whereby it is between Takaful BIBD & BIBD B..


After warming up, we then took a quick photosession before the kick off...


We conquered the 1st ten minutes but were not able to score, only to be left behind 1-0 at 15 mins...where in the dying 5 mins were we only able to score the equaliser...to go in at the break at 1-1..





































































































With the momentum in our favour, we conquered most of the 2nd half with 10 shots on goal...where 2 saves, 4 hitting the posts & 4 off target..where we were left rueing our missed chances as BIBD B were able to score in the last 15mins..As the final whistle arrives, the final score was at 2-1 to BIBD B...cheers~

Family Gathering at Serikandi Q-lap

Our Family side from Singapore had dropped by to Brunei from our cousin's wedding in Kota Kinabalu, before heading back to Singapore...So we had a gathering at Serikandi Restaurant with tribute to our Singapore Family..











































































































































































After all the activities were completed, before parting a final group photosession with the Singapore family

Abg Azlan's Nikah

On the 7th of June 2009,

A cousin of ours, Abg Azlan had his Nikah...

After leaving the home of the groom in Gadong, we then headed to the bride's house in Lambak...

Upon arriving, we waited for the bus carrying the 'hantaran' & our cousins before proceeding into the house...












































































With the 'hantaran' arrived, we then proceeded inside upon the arrival of the groom...




















From there the proceedings started with the brides side receiving the'hantaran'.

















After they have received the items, then the ustaz gets the brides signature while the groom sets foot into the brides house...where he then awaits his bride & the ustaz in the living room..



































Before proceeding, the Ustaz gives a short speech on the responsibilities of being husband & wife while also covering how a divorce can happen...Then the signing of the marriage form...






















































































































































Then when its all done...they are officially married on paper...with that the couple pose together for a photoshoot...

With that congratulations to Abg Azlan & Wife, we'll be attending your wedding ceremony next week...cheers~
